TRACKING RESULTS - ON GOING TRAINING & SUPPORT

There is tremendous value in tracking your progress. Periodically measuring and tracking your body-fat composition, your circumference measurements, and taking pictures of you from the front & back, provides an accurate view of what’s working and what’s not working. This is exactly what Angelina will do, measure and track your progress from the beginning and during your training program to allow adjustment to be made when needed in order to continually move forward towards your goal.

PRE & POST NATAL

Studies have found that low to moderate intensity strength training is perfectly safe for pregnant women. Perinatal exercise can help prevent and reduce low back pain, assist with the delivery process, as well as quickly get you back in to pre-baby condition. Angelina will design a safe and effective training program for you based upon your current trimester of pregnancy. Some modifications to exercises are necessary at different stages of pregnancy. Angelina will put your mind at ease by guiding you through the exercises that you can and can not do during each trimester of pregnancy to keep you and your baby safe.

SENIOR FITNESS & FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

Angelina helps her senior clients maintain an active lifestyles, by Improving balance, stability, motor skills, reaction time, and improving bone density, in addition to strength and stamina. This is also referred to as functional training, and it also teaches clients how they can avoid injuries through proper exercise and movements.

REHABILITATIVE & RESTORATIVE EXERCISE

Angelina provide structure for proper training progressions to achieve client goals based on their needs and abilities, which can vary daily, in accordance with MD or PT recommendations.

-Rehabilitative exercise is key to preparing clients who are about to have surgery, for the purpose of enhancing the healing process, by strengthening the overall body and increasing flexibility. And, for restoring movement, flexibility and reversing muscle atrophy after surgery.

-Restorative exercise programs like Angelina's have shown to be an excellent adjunct treatment of motor and non-motor symptoms of conditions such as Parkinson’s, Arthritis, and Osteoporosis.
