Experience, resilience and a genuine passion for transformation.
Angelina Margo is a certified personal trainer and sports nutrition coach serving women in West Los Angeles. Her approach combines intelligent strength training, practical lifestyle guidance and personal support to help clients feel stronger, healthier and more confident.
Personal training, wellness guidance and individual support designed around real people.
Fitness coaching that looks at the complete person—not just the workout.
Angelina’s method goes beyond short-term weight loss. She combines corrective exercise, progressive strength training, nutrition awareness and mindset support to create an approach shaped around the individual.
Every client begins with different capabilities, preferences, health considerations and goals. Angelina uses this information to build an appropriate progression rather than applying the same routine to everyone.
Her understanding of body mechanics also helps her accommodate clients managing previous injuries, structural concerns and health-related limitations.
Angelina’s training principles emphasise postural alignment, balance, core stability, body composition and the preservation of lean body mass.
Her method was shaped by challenges she had to overcome herself.
Angelina’s understanding of transformation is not based only on formal education or professional experience. It was also shaped by her own recovery through Lyme disease, IVF treatments and significant injuries following a major car accident.
These experiences led to unexpected weight gain and required her to rebuild her strength, health and confidence. Angelina applied her knowledge of training, nutrition and behaviour change to refine a complete body-transformation method.
Her recovery ultimately took her from difficult personal circumstances back to competitive fitness, where she achieved multiple natural bikini victories and a silver medal at the Natural Ms. Olympia competition.
A proven commitment to discipline, preparation and performance.
Angelina’s competitive fitness journey reflects the same consistency and determination she encourages in her clients.
Professional knowledge supported by extensive study.
